The Product Never Arrived:

If your product have not arrived after a maximum of 15 days, please contact us. Our estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 days, not including the time required to prepare and ship the products, which is between 1 and 5 days.
Please allow more time, up to a maximum of 25 days, as there are some circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, mail delays, and customs.
After 25 days, if your order hasn't arrived, we'll immediately issue a full refund.

Damaged on Arrival:

 If your product was damaged upon arrival, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at You will have two choices after verification of the support and confirmation of the case: we can either send you a replacement product or a full refund.

Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:

After the product has arrived, you have 14 days to report any issues. If the product is damaged or does not function within this time, you can return it to us at your expense, and we will provide a refund.
